What if I forget my original password?

1. After forgetting the password, it is recommended to use the online version of iQiyi. If you just forget your password on the webpage, you can log in by scanning the QR code through the iQiyi registered on your mobile phone.

2. Only click Forgotten Password in the lower right corner to proceed to the next step. After the mouse moves and forgets the password, two options will pop up. Let's take a look at SMS login first.

4. If you want to change the password, please click the password retrieval button above the forgotten password.

5. Open a new webpage, and let us choose whether to retrieve the email address or mobile phone number. If we don't have a mobile phone number, we can update the password directly through the email.

6. Next, enter your mobile phone number, as well as the received verification code and verification symbol in the page. If you confirm, click the OK button in the lower right corner.
