Why can't I send messages after my Lenovo mobile phone is restored to factory settings?

SMS can't be sent out. I suggest you refer to the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Please confirm again whether the SMS can't be sent to all contacts normally. If it is a personal contact, I suggest you recall whether you have set up a blacklist of relevant contacts, or use some third-party SMS interception related functional software.

2. Rule out the above possibilities, or it may be caused by an abnormal SMS program. You can download other third SMS software for comparison, or go to System Settings-Application Management-Find the corresponding SMS (or Lenovo Address Book)-Clear the data for improvement. Please back up SMS, contacts and other information before operation to avoid data loss.

3. If you install a third-party address book and dial-up SMS software, the SMS function of the system may be abnormal. It is recommended to uninstall and try again.

4. If possible, it is recommended to replace other SIM cards to see if you can send short messages normally, and it is not excluded that it is caused by the abnormality of your SIM card;
