Some people made an appointment but didn't exchange it. They received a test message from the bank, telling you that appointments that have not been exchanged will be recorded, but this time it will not be affected. This is obviously because the central bank is testing the system and preparing for it.

First, one ID card can't make an appointment at the same time, that is, a friend made an appointment with two banks at the same time with one ID card, and now it won't work. If you have made an appointment twice, you must go to one of the banks to cancel the appointment and leave only one appointment. Otherwise, both appointments are invalid and cannot be redeemed, and you can't attend the next appointment.

Second, you can't make an appointment but don't exchange it. Many people have done this before, and then wait and see the price. If the second-hand price is not profitable, you will not exchange it, taking up other people's reservation resources. Not now. Similarly, if you don't change the appointment, you can't attend the appointment next time.

The People's Bank of China decided to use the verification mechanism to record the public information of the common commemorative coins that were repeatedly reserved when they were issued in 2020, as follows:

1. When making an appointment for ordinary commemorative coins, citizens can only make an appointment at the business outlets of banking financial institutions with their second-generation identity cards. After the appointment period, the People's Bank of China will check the reservation information of the public. The verified public can exchange it normally. If a citizen uses the same second-generation ID card to make an appointment with two or more banking financial institutions, it will not pass the verification and cannot be exchanged. After 24: 00 on the second working day after the end of the appointment period, the public can log on to the official website of the banking financial institution registered for appointment to check the appointment results. All banking financial institutions will send short messages to feed back the reservation results according to the mobile phone number reserved by citizens when making an appointment. The booking result shall be subject to the inquiry on the booking website of banking financial institutions.

Two, the third working day after the end of the appointment period to the working day before the exchange period is the verification period. During the verification period, citizens who fail to pass the verification can go to the business outlets of banking financial institutions with the original second-generation resident ID card to cancel the duplicate reservation record and retain the redemption qualification. Citizens can cancel their repeated reservation records with the original of the second-generation resident ID card registered in the reservation system, and retain the redemption qualification at the business outlets.

3. The relevant information of the public who did not cancel the repeated reservation record during the verification period, and the public who made a reservation successfully during the redemption period or handled the reservation redemption qualification business but did not redeem it will be recorded. Citizens who have recorded relevant information can make an appointment for the next issue of ordinary commemorative coins, but they cannot pass the verification and cannot apply for exchange. During the verification period, they can go to the reservation registration business outlet to cancel the default record and retain the redemption qualification.

Four, if you need to query my ordinary commemorative coin reservation records, the public can hold my original second-generation identity card during the verification period, and query at the local central branch and above branches of the People's Bank of China. After verifying the public identity information, the branches of the People's Bank of China provide their own reservation records to the public.
