Foreign cars entering Beijing for the record can go to any checkpoint or permit office in this city. Before applying for a Beijing permit, all traffic violations caused by foreign license plates in Beijing need to be handled.

1, passenger cars with foreign license plates, and motor vehicles from other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities are prohibited from entering the Second Ring Road all day, including the Inner Ring Road, Jianguomenwai Street, Fuxingmenwai Street, Fuxing Road Muxidi Bridge to Xinxing Bridge;

2, foreign license truck:

(1) From 6: 00 to 24: 00 every day, all trucks with foreign licenses are prohibited from passing on the roads within the Sixth Ring Road (inclusive);

(2) From 0: 00 to 6: 00 every day, except that trucks loaded with fresh agricultural products in nonlocal license plates enter the roads within the Sixth Ring Road (inclusive), they must apply for a Beijing Pass;

(3) It is forbidden to enter the administrative area of this Municipality for trucks with foreign licenses that use national III emission standard diesel all day;
