Why doesn't the message flash when Samsung s9 turns on the side screen splash screen?

If the S9/S9+ side screen flash function is invalid, we recommend that you:

1. Check whether the side screen flashing function is turned on: Settings-Display-Curved side screen-Side screen flashing-Slide on.

2. Select side screen flashing display always: Settings-Display-Curved side screen-Click side screen flashing-Display side screen flashing-Select always.

3. Check whether the splash screen notification is turned on: Setup-Display-Curved Side Screen-Click the splash screen-Manage the notification-Open the required program.

4. Try to upgrade the software to the latest version.

5. Depending on the application and notification type, some software notifications may not light up the curved side screen.

Note: For some software, the side screen flash cannot be used in the information screen state.
