On the conditions for teachers and students to return to school

The "Notice" clarifies that:

Teachers and students who are infected in COVID-19 (confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections), suspected cases, close contacts before the quarantine period, or who have lived in high-risk areas in China for five days before returning to school, or have lived abroad (including Hong Kong and Taiwan) for eight days, or whose health code is red and yellow, or have symptoms such as fever, will not return to school temporarily.
