Send a message that others can't receive, and I can receive it when others send a message.

1. If the mobile phone can't send short messages, you can try to change the mobile phone for testing to see if the following conditions exist:

(1) The SMS center number is set incorrectly. Please reset the correct SMS center number.

(2) No signal or insufficient battery power;

(3) The mobile phone shields the short message sending function;

(4) blacklisted by SMS;

(5) Insufficient quantity balance.
