1. The owner of the mobile phone application can accept the application by replying to the relevant authentication code after receiving the short message sent by the traffic police bureau that meets the requirement of "exemption from punishment for the first violation".

2. Online self-service needs to input authentication information such as the owner's ID number, mobile phone number, authentication code received by the mobile phone, license plate number, and 4 yards behind the engine.
