How to send a parcel to the post office

General procedures for mailing packages:

When mailing a parcel, the staff shall inspect it, package it, and indicate the names and addresses of the recipient and the sender on the cover of the parcel.

Fill in the package details in triplicate. Please fill in the name and address of the recipient and sender, the name of the contents, the value of the package and the insured amount in detail. The maximum insured amount is 50,000 yuan/piece, and the post office will charge 1% of the insured amount.

Give the package to the staff together with the package details sheet. The staff calculated the postage payable according to the delivery distance and weight of the package. When the postage is paid, the receipt is retrieved and the whole mailing process is completed.
