1 Your number is currently in an abnormal opening state, such as loss reporting due to downtime. I suggest you open this number and try again.

2 Your mobile phone has put the short message into the trash can, or the mobile phone security software has intercepted the short message, you can look in the short message trash can first or the software has intercepted it;

Hardware factors cause your mobile phone to receive short messages abnormally, so it is recommended that you change your mobile phone for testing.
